Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our mechanical engineering team in delivering world-class building services, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality mechanical systems for buildings
  • Manage and coordinate the work of engineers and technicians on-site
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes related to mechanical systems
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mechanical engineering policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical engineering (site operations) for building services
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to design challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
