Job Title: Lead Building DesignerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Building Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for managing architectural site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise architectural site operations, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, materials submittals, and construction methodologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and resolve any onsite design-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement design changes and modifications during construction phases.
