Job Title: Hyperautomation Architect

Description:

  • This strategic role drives the organization's hyperautomation journey, requiring at least 15 years of experience in enterprise-level automation and AI initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will bring expertise in defining and driving automation and GenAI strategies aligned with business goals, identifying high-impact use cases across departments for RPA and GenAI adoption, designing end-to-end intelligent automation solutions integrating GenAI, NLP, ML, and RPA technologies, developing and maintaining a roadmap of automation opportunities with clear ROI metrics, collaborating with business and technical teams to convert ideas into actionable and scalable solutions, evaluating emerging technologies and trends in the AI and automation space, and ensuring solution architecture is robust, secure, and compliant with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and drive the automation and GenAI strategy.
  2. Identify high-impact use cases for RPA and GenAI adoption.
  3. Design end-to-end intelligent automation solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain an automation opportunity roadmap.
  5. Collaborate with business and technical teams to convert ideas into solutions.
  6. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in AI and automation.
  7. Ensure solution architecture meets organizational standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience with strong hands-on exposure to GenAI, NLP, and RPA tools.
  • Proven experience in building automation roadmaps and aligning with enterprise strategy.
  • Deep understanding of GenAI technologies like LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integration into business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis, ROI calculation, and business case development.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
