Clinical Growth Officer Role Overview

We are seeking dental professionals with 1–2 years of experience to build strong relationships with dentists, drive product adoption and revenue growth through consultative sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To understand dentists' clinical needs via phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails.
  • To promote relevant dental products and services, driving revenue growth.
  • To educate and guide dentists on the latest technologies, materials and best practices.
  • To maintain customer records, interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
  • To collaborate with marketing and logistics teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • To provide insights to improve product offerings and support campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Dental graduates (with up to 2 years of experience in clinical practice or dental sales).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for dentistry, digital platforms and customer success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
