Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. They will be responsible for transporting food safely from kitchens to customers, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with the logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Safety and Handling: Transport food safely from kitchens to customers, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Logistics Support: Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and coordination with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes.
  • Order Fulfillment: Verify order completeness before dispatch, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation with all deliveries, including receipts and tracking information.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Delivery experience is preferred but not required.
  • Licensing: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Navigation: Local area navigation knowledge.
  • Physical Capability: Physical capability for package handling.
