Territory Manager

Job Description:

As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing project management frameworks for residential interior fit-out projects. Your key responsibilities include defining and implementing criteria for control and management of projects in the region, ensuring timely completion while meeting client needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage design teams to ensure effective performance of delegated tasks.
  • Coordinate teamwork between stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Guide vendors through project completion.
  • Establish reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and company.
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact between clients and Livspace to ensure timely delivery of projects within quality standards.

You will be responsible for managing project deliverables, including risk allowance, monitoring and controlling changes/variations. Your ability to foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders is crucial to achieving project success.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
