We are looking for a project coordinator to join our team.

Designation: Project Manager

The role of the project coordinator is as follows:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering required.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management related to ammonia or refinery industry from an owner side or EPC contractor side.
  • Excellent communication skills necessary.
  • PMP certification highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the project manager in implementing the project execution plan at the head office.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team for deliverables.
  • Work closely with the SCM team for material expediting.
  • Participate in kick-off meetings of EPC contractors, and their sub-vendors.
  • Attend weekly review meetings, and monthly project review meetings arranged by EPC contractors.
  • Coordinate with construction sites for drawings and material requirements based on the look-ahead plan issued by the planning team.
  • Review and approve monthly invoices of PMC / EPC contractors.
  • Support the project manager in day-to-day activities.
