Job Description

As a Marketing Trainee, you will play a vital role in developing our overall marketing strategy and building the brand identity of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging content using excellent knowledge of PowerPoint presentations.

Key tasks include collaborating with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling social media posts on various platforms and managing both traditional and digital advertising campaigns.

You will also assist the Director as a management assistant, handling administrative duties and providing support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing, preferably with a specialization in management. Familiarity with Adobe Suite is an advantage, particularly with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects. Knowledge of Meta Suite and Sales Navigator is also desirable.

A minimum of 1 year of experience is required, although freshers can also apply. Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in HTML to create mailing layouts (though not mandatory).
