Key Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our teams through agile delivery of innovative AI and cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project velocity, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field, hands-on experience with AI and cloud-based projects, and a proven ability to drive agile teams while ensuring strong communication across executives, SMEs, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing AI and cloud ecosystem projects as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their adaptation to AI/cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and exposure to AI/ML/LLM-based projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a startup or innovation-driven environment.
  • Understanding of FinOps, policy-as-code, or cloud cost optimization practices.
  • Familiarity with LLMOps/MLOps pipelines, AI agent workflows, or data governance frameworks.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus.
