About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned campaign expert with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Meta, and YouTube. In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimisation, working closely with our creative team to deliver campaigns that drive results.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and make data-driven decisions to optimise and scale what works.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Build and test different audience segments and funnels to maximise ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks to stay ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to inform optimisation decisions.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad content and messaging.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or real estate campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • The ability to collect and analyse data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
