Job Title: Statutory Compliance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.

  • Manage EPF challan generation processes.
  • Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions.
  • Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations.
  • Prepare and file statutory reports.
  • Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EPF challan generation management.
  • PF-related account reconciliation.
  • PF query resolution.
  • Employee Provident Fund contribution calculation.
  • PF operation quality control.
  • Statutory report preparation and filing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
