Job Overview

The Senior Test Lead/Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, developing comprehensive test strategies and ensuring the quality of Azure Data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Leading a team of testers and providing guidance on best practices in manual testing
  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Managing risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and results

Requirements

  • Experience in Azure Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and agile development principles
  • Ability to create and manage complex test plans and write detailed test cases
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in manual testing
