Game Design Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Game Designer to spearhead the design and development of captivating mobile games at Goalreify Ventures Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative game design strategies, driving user engagement and retention.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create immersive user experiences, leveraging expertise in game mechanics, level design, and user interface (UI) elements.
- Collaborate with developers, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless game development and delivery.
- Analyze player behavior and feedback to inform design decisions, optimize monetization strategies, and enhance overall game quality.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile game design, with a proven track record of successful game launches.
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring game design teams.
- Strong understanding of mobile game development principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Expertise in game mechanics, level design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.
- Proficiency in using game design software, such as Unity Editor or Unreal Engine Editor.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
