Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentorship: Provide artistic leadership to the UI and game art team, guiding and mentoring artists to achieve excellence in their work.
  • UI Design: Conceptualize, design, and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for games, ensuring they enhance gameplay and user experience.
  • Art Direction: Collaborate closely with the creative and development teams to establish and maintain the visual style and artistic direction of the game.
  • Asset Creation: Create high-quality 2D assets for UI elements, including icons, buttons, menus, and other interface components.
  • Technical Integration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI elements into the game engine while maintaining visual fidelity and Performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough review and quality checks of UI and game art assets to uphold artistic standards and ensure alignment with the game's vision.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to UI Design guidelines, asset pipelines, and best practices for the art team.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as an Artist.
  • Preferably an art graduate with experience in mobile gaming.
  • Must have experience in handling a small-medium art team.
  • Should be good with communication and experience working with multiple game dev teams.
