We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a System Security Analyst.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining user access, managing roles, and implementing configuration changes across various systems to ensure adherence to information security policy, regulatory rules, and privacy controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate user access within Oracle HCM systems.
• Create custom roles that support HCM application functionality and HR business processes.
• Monitor, resolve, and respond to access questions and requests related to Oracle HCM system access and functionality.
• Collaborate with managers and peers to execute Oracle HCM system security configurations, upgrades, and implementations.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive platform changes with a customer-centric approach.

As a System Security Analyst, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including managers, peers, and technology teams, to achieve a seamless integration of security and functionality.
