A Senior Manager in the Oracle ERP/EPM Engineering team will oversee and manage a team of Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers in Hyderabad.

You will serve as a local leader, collaborating closely with US-based managers to synchronize business priorities with team outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.
  • Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
  • Champion organizational values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.
  • Ensure team alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business objectives.
  • Promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs.
