Job Title: SAP CX Technical Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP CX technical professional to join our team.

  • Design and develop scalable customer experience solutions using SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (V2.0).
  • Implement custom extensions, integrations, and customizations in SAP BTP, CAP, Node.js/Java, SAP UI5/Fiori.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and architects to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure applications in SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.0.
  • Build and maintain integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CPI, and third-party systems.
  • Support data migration and develop custom APIs/OData services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud (with at least 1–2 years on V2.0).
  • Strong programming skills in SAP BTP, CAP, Node.js, Java, SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and CDS Views.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP CPI (iFlows, API Management, Webservices, REST, OData).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP Certification in Sales & Service Cloud V2.0 or SAP BTP Development.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, SAP Continuous Integration).
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices on BTP.
