Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials implementation manager to drive the implementation and support of our financial systems. In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules and be able to provide recommendations for business process improvements. Additionally, they will be able to manage multiple task assignments and work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive solutioning sessions and develop recommendations for business process improvements
  • Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and develop solutions
  • Manage multiple task assignments and prioritize workload effectively
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Oracle Fusion software and best practices
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Proven track record of delivering successful Oracle Fusion implementations on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
  • Proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software applications
