We're seeking skilled Life and Wellness Coaches to partner with our members in a safe, non-judgemental, and empowering space.

As a Coach, you'll be responsible for delivering structured sessions via video or phone to support members in developing the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful and sustainable change.

About the Role:
  • You will provide telecoaching sessions to clients, focusing on areas like stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development.
  • Maintain accurate records of session notes and maintain a calendar displaying your availability.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team whenever needed.
Requirements:
  • Active credentialing with a recognized coaching body is required, such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or other regionally accredited bodies.
  • You should have minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • You are adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
  • You should be trained in evidence-based modalities, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • You are comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • You want to expand your capabilities and increase effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
