Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Select, lead, and supervise project teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Stakeholder Management: Act as primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Contract & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to reach profitable agreements.
Quality, Safety, Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and local building codes.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit project reports, cost forecasts, and progress updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
10 years of relevant experience in construction project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management abilities.
