We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction / Project Manager to oversee the construction of our apartment projects. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing the construction of high-quality apartments on time and within budget. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that each project meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained and completed.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management.
  • Applicable only for Managers, Not applicable to the engineer category.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 18 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the apartment or multi-family construction industry
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
