Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our global Sales operations team, you will be responsible for providing business intelligence and analytical support to the sales organization.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the sales and operations teams to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of sales territory records, working with sales managers and reps to ensure correct assignments.

Additionally, you will be expected to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal support groups to ensure timely and accurate data processing.

Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Oracle Business Intelligence is essential for this role. Experience in building analysis and dashboards in OBI EE is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain territory data and Oracle Sales Cloud, Sales Dashboards.
  • Running reports for sales intelligence and forecasting by building analysis in Oracle Business Intelligence.
  • Be a member of the Oracle University Business Intelligence Super user community, Review collected data for accuracy, and present findings to the Operations Manager.
  • Delivery of On Boarding training for new Sales Members, on operations procedures and systems to ensure Sales member spends less time in processes with maximum time to customer.
  • Handle or escalate issues and queries connected to the data collection and processing process, quickly, accurately and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Experience in Essential functions 3-5 years
  • Highly computer literate
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience in building analysis and dashboards in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI EE)
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience of running SQL queries in Oracle SQL developer
  • Experience in using Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion CRM)
