  • Analyze group medical data and trends to make informed underwriting decisions
  • Review and interpret medical reports, claims history, and other relevant information
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency in underwriting processes
  • Presenting clients with the awareness session, on boarding new clientsPolicy Issuance and related operations
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Medicine, Nursing, or a related discipline is required
  • A Master's degree or professional certification in a related field would be considered an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in medical underwriting or a related field
  • Some experience in a supervisory or leadership role would be preferred
