Job Title: Manager Transaction Advisory Services

The role of a transaction advisory services manager involves coordinating with various teams to drive on-ground project development. This includes understanding commercial and contractual implications under different contracts, particularly those related to project financing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to analyze key business drivers to inform high-end financial models. They will also be responsible for preparing reports, summaries, and presentations that meet the needs of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project development.
  • Analyze commercial and contractual implications under various contracts.
  • Develop high-end financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations to meet stakeholder needs.

Client Interaction

  • Interact with client teams to understand their requirements.
  • Respond to changing client needs and priorities.

Business Development

  • Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors.
  • Support proposal development and response to client requests.

Requirements

  • Full-Time MBA in Finance from a premier B-School.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory.
  • Experience with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms preferred.
  • BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP) WORKING REQUIRED.
  • Strong Financial Modelling Acumen REQUIRED.
