The ideal candidate will provide academic leadership in teaching, research, and clinical skills training, guiding undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, supervising research activities, contributing to curriculum development, and ensuring excellence in academic standards in alignment with the Medical Council of India (NMC) and institutional regulations.

Job Overview
  • Academic Leadership:
    • Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Anatomy for MBBS, BDS, Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences students.
    • Guide postgraduate students in advanced anatomical studies, thesis writing, and seminars.
    • Develop innovative teaching methodologies including digital anatomy, simulation-based training, and cadaveric dissection.
    • Design and update the Anatomy curriculum as per NMC guidelines.
  • Research Expertise:
    • Conduct and supervise original research projects in gross anatomy, histology, embryology, neuroanatomy, and clinical applications.
    • Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed national and international journals.
    • Guide Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate students in research methodology and publications.
    • Collaborate with other departments and external institutions on interdisciplinary research.
  • Clinical Skills Training:
    • Oversee Clinical Skills & Simulation Lab (if applicable).
    • Integrate anatomical knowledge with clinical case discussions and surgical correlations.
    • Promote cadaveric skill training for surgeons and postgraduate students.

Requirements include an MD (Anatomy) / MS (Anatomy) or equivalent recognized qualification, 8+ Years of teaching experience in Anatomy as per NMC / MCI norms, strong academic background with evidence of research publications in indexed journals, and experience in curriculum development, e-learning, and modern teaching methodologies.
