Graphic Designer

We are a rapidly expanding company seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to create high-converting static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

\

Our ideal candidate is someone who not only understands design aesthetics but also knows what makes an ad perform. If you've previously created winning static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns and have hands-on experience in packaging and branding, this role may be suited for you.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-performing static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)\
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved CTR, ROAS, and conversions\
  • Work on product packaging design, ensuring it aligns with the brand's identity and appeals to target audiences\
  • Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling\
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats\
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and advertising trends, particularly in e-commerce and D2C sectors\
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain a consistent look and feel aligned with brand standards\
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design\
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives\
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills\
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent\
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them\
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work\
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands\
