Visual Strategy
  • Develop a consistent visual language across all touchpoints, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Elevate our brand identity with fresh ideas while maintaining its essence.
Content & Campaign Design
  • Design engaging social media assets that merge science and creativity.
  • Create performance-driven marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and Amazon.
  • Support influencer and community campaigns with custom content templates and visuals.
Packaging & Product Design
  • Collaborate on new product packaging to ensure strong shelf presence and recall.
  • Prepare mockups, dielines, and print-ready files.
Cross-Functional Creative Support
  • Design website banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and Amazon A+ pages.
  • Partner with content writers, video editors, and agencies to bring campaigns to life.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of design experience in consumer brands, preferably in beauty or skincare.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and packaging work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with Figma/Canva skills a plus.
  • An eye for typography, color, and layout consistency.
  • Ability to translate complex information into consumer-friendly designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working closely with growth, content, and product teams.
  • A creative, resourceful, and experimental mindset, willing to push boundaries.
