Job Title: Cloud Architect Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead to oversee the management of mission-critical cloud infrastructure for our global customer base. This role involves providing 24/7 managed support, leading a team of experts, and ensuring that customer satisfaction exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues by considering the broader context.
  • Review tickets, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Lead a team of Cloud Engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving issues through hands-on approach.
  • Interact with customers through various channels, including tickets, calls, and emails.
  • Evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback to team members and HR.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or a related field.
  • A proven track record of delivering Level 3 technical support in a cloud-first environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud, containers, virtualization, and supporting technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, MySQL, VMware/KVM, and on-premises cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of monitoring systems (Prometheus, Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written articulation.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 4 people in this role.

Education and Certification:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
