Job Title: Marketing Strategy Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to spearhead all marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives such as events, activations, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
    • Identify key marketing channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Event Management & Execution:
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, orientations, RWA activations, and community events.
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
    • Collaborate with digital marketing team to align offline efforts with online campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track ROI on events and marketing channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
