Visual Communications Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual elements such as graphics, logos, and presentations that communicate our message effectively.

Your primary goal will be to design visually appealing and engaging materials that capture the audience's attention and convey our brand's image. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all visual communications align with our overall strategy.

  • Gather requirements for various creatives, design, and execute them. Organize work in a drive and share it with the team on time.
  • Create ads, website, social media creatives.
  • Organize and assign work using a work management tool to ensure transparency and trackability.
  • Research new ideas and templates to enhance aesthetics while bringing variety to Growify design.
  • Set a consistent tone for each brand and provide details to junior designers.
  • Delegate repeated tasks and ensure proper utilization of the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams to get timely design requirements and set processes to complete tasks on schedule.
  • Raise alarms when work is overloaded or priority is confusing.
  • Work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity.
  • Take feedback from management until brand guidelines are set or a new style is tried.
  • Study brands' social media to understand their aesthetics and brand design evolution.
  • Recruit and build departments.
  • Onboard new members, train them, and mentor them to build capacity.
  • Escalate team and work-related issues to the right channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of interactive design, including best practices in technology, usability, and user experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Prior experience with design and editing software.
  • Degree in a Creative or Artistic Discipline.
