Visual Branding Specialist

Our team is expanding, and we're seeking a skilled Visual Branding Specialist to bring our brand to life across all marketing channels.

This role involves creating visually engaging assets for campaigns, sales enablement materials, content design, web and landing page visuals, and ensuring brand consistency and evolution. You will work closely with marketers, copywriters, and sales teams to translate open-ended briefs into polished, high-impact design outputs.

We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, biases toward action, and wants their work to move the revenue needle.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing for campaigns and events, sales enablement materials, content design, web and landing page visuals, and brand consistency and evolution. They should be able to handle day-to-day design asks from the marketing team with speed and creativity, while also bringing in new design ideas and trends to keep our creative fresh and competitive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing visual elements for campaigns, sales enablement materials, content design, and web and landing page visuals
  • Ensuring brand consistency and evolution across all marketing channels
  • Collaborating with marketers, copywriters, and sales teams to translate open-ended briefs into polished, high-impact design outputs
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
