About the Role

As a seasoned Product Owner, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our lead quality platform for Fortune 100 clients.

This pivotal role involves serving as the day-to-day liaison between product management and engineering teams, focusing on the execution of our product roadmap.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the product backlog for your assigned engineering team, creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product roadmap and business value.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Clarify requirements and provide guidance to the development team, ensuring engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
  • Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
  • Foster effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Skills: Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog, exceptional organizational skills, solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Qualifications: Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
