E-commerce Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Executive to manage distribution operations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of orders processing, maintaining Order-Delivery KPIs, and managing escalations and GRN/RTV.

This role involves review and verification of incoming orders, accurate inputting of order details into the order processing system/excel, monitoring and tracking the status of orders, from entry to delivery and GRN discrepancies. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order processing and delivery processes, ensure high responsiveness to mails/calls, address quality-related concerns or deviations, maintain records of orders, invoices, and related documents, generate reports on order processing performance, and share insights with management.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or similar role advantageous

  • Effective communication and crisp email writing
