Visual Designer & Brand Creative

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Designer & Brand Creative to conceptualise and design brand campaigns for clients across various industries.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the founding team to develop innovative campaign concepts and designs
  • Attending client calls to understand project requirements and translating them into compelling visual concepts
  • Designing visual elements such as packaging, campaign mockups, and activation materials that bring ideas to life in the real world
  • Helping shape campaign narratives, pitch decks, and creative ideas that go beyond just visuals
  • Supporting the evolution of AquaAds' brand identity and design voice as we scale

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in graphic design, brand design, or campaign work, along with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. You should also be proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop, and have an openness to experimenting with tools like Midjourney.
