Job Title: Visual Designer

This is a highly creative role that requires a talented designer to develop engaging visual designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral.

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for designing websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. You will also develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality visual designs that meet business objectives.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
  • Innovate with fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity in global markets.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business goals.
  • Presentation design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.

This role requires a willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
