Digital Product Innovator

At our organization, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team. This role involves bridging the gap between engineering and product teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication throughout the entire product lifecycle.
As a Product Engineer, you'll be responsible for owning features from conception to launch. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand product requirements, implement end-to-end solutions, and coordinate effectively while maintaining focus on user experience and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feature Development: Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Own feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery.
- Technical Strategy: Make architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborate with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders.
- Process & Documentation: Establish efficient team workflows and document systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders.
- Coordination & Communication: Coordinate engineering activities and ensure seamless collaboration between technical and product teams.
- Experimentation Culture: Instill feedback-driven development and experimentation culture across product and engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination.
- Strong coding skills in both backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.).
- Experience with API development, integration, and database management.
- Product thinking with strong mindset for user experience and business value.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate engineering workflows.
- Understanding of testing frameworks, quality assurance processes, and feature validation.
