Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture connections with schools and activity providers through effective communication and relationship-building strategies
  • Onboard schools onto our platform by explaining its features and gathering accurate information about their classes
  • Verify class schedules, fees, and other details via phone and WhatsApp
  • Engage with parents who have submitted inquiries, asking about their experience and how we can further assist
  • Maintain records of outreach and feedback

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi

">

A friendly, empathetic, and confident demeanor over phone and WhatsApp

">

The ability to follow processes, use templates, and update basic records

Independence and ownership of tasks

Comfort with using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools (we'll provide training on the rest)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles

Graduate degree in any stream or currently pursuing studies part-time
