Job Title: Performance Tester

Attractive Opportunity for a Performance Test Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Performance Tester to join our team. As a key member of our Software Testing department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using advanced tools like JMeter.

As a Performance Tester, your main goal is to ensure the stability and scalability of our software systems by analyzing test results, identifying bottlenecks, and providing recommendations for improvement. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your expertise in performance testing methodologies, will enable you to make significant contributions to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and other relevant tools.
  • Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams to define performance test requirements and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
  • Document test scenarios, test data, and results for review and knowledge sharing purposes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of our team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with JMeter and related performance testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must have passed or be willing to clear ISTQB Foundation Level certification within 3 months of joining.
