Job Title:
Project Coordinator

Overview:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the successful implementation of field-level activities and will report to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implementing project activities at the field level and coordinating with external stakeholders at the project area level.
2. Support the MMU team in mobilizing the community for taking up MMU services.
3. Facilitate compliance with government norms regarding MMU operations.
4. Coordinate baseline surveys and project monitoring.
5. Identify health workers from the community and support their recruitment process.
6. Assist Senior Project Coordinators and Project Managers in preparing MMU movement schedules and ensuring effective implementation of all project activities.
7. Track MMUs through OPD tracking and other mechanisms.
8. Prepare reports and documentation related to the project, including MIS reports, financial reports, narrative reports, field observation and visit reports, collection and compilation of case studies, and photographs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in social sciences or a relevant field, preferably with a diploma or certificate in computer application.
2. 5-8 years of experience in public health programs with good project coordination and implementation skills.
3. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Hindi.
4. Data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
5. Leadership and team management skills.
6. Willingness to travel extensively in remote areas.

Reporting Structure:
Reports to Sr. Project Coordinator/Project Manager.
