Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our main laboratory and satellite centers across India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing technical operations, quality management systems, and team leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional service to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor laboratory operations, including periodic on-site visits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage technical operations, including equipment, inventory, staff, and Turnaround Time (TAT), while addressing complaints.
  • Ensure accurate and timely report generation for all patients.
  • Oversee technical operations in Phlebotomy services.
Technical & Quality Management
  • Provide clinical advice on tests, services, and results interpretation in collaboration with consultants.
  • Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with NABL 112 and ISO 15189:2022 guidelines.
  • Participate in the verification of new test methods and equipment performance evaluations.
  • Act as a locum authorized signatory for Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Biochemistry, and Serology when needed.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with the Lab Director and various technical sections to ensure reliable test results and service delivery.
  • Participate in educational programs for laboratory staff and support internal and external training initiatives.
  • Address and resolve user complaints and requests, ensuring the availability of essential services during emergencies.
Qualifications
  • MBBS + MD (Pathology) Mandatory
  • MBA / PGDM
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing laboratory operations.
  • Strong understanding of NABL 112, ISO 15189:2022 guidelines, and QMS.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
