  • Develops and implements software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.

  • Collaborates with product management, quality assurance, and system architects to ensure software meets system requirements and design.

  • Participates in code reviews and provides technical guidance to junior developers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing complex software solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong knowledge of software design patterns, architecture principles, and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
