About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will be responsible for crafting compelling essays and creative projects that showcase students' talents.

In this role, you will work closely with students to understand their goals and aspirations, and then use your exceptional writing skills to bring their stories to life. Your expertise in long-form writing and multi-dimensional creativity will help you ideate and outline essays that exceed expectations.

As a leader in our content team, you will also have the opportunity to guide students through various creative projects, including theater scripts, book writing, and poetry. Additionally, you will conduct workshops to develop students' writing, communication, and other essential skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Essays: Drive the essay process by understanding students' needs and translating their brand into engaging essays and other college application materials.
  • Ideation and Outlining: Create high-quality essays with excellent content, structure, and style while ensuring polished drafts ready for submission to top universities.
  • Guiding Creative Projects: Mentor students on various creative endeavors, including theater scripts, book writing, and poetry.
  • Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops to enhance students' writing, communication, and other essential skills.
  • Support Writing and Counseling: Provide support for company public relations and student counseling.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: From top colleges in India or abroad.
  • Writing Experience: Preferred experience of 3+ years in writing/editing.
