As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technical success of solar projects.

We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer- Solar to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our solar solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality technical solutions to customers, while also providing excellent customer support and service.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solar solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of photovoltaic (PV) technologies and electrical design principles is required.
    • Proficiency in solar system design software (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD) is necessary.
    • A knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IBC, local building codes) is essential.
  • Project Management:
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews.
  • Customer Relations:
    • Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent technical support and addressing their concerns.
    • Present technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Research and Development:
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.
    • Conduct research and development on new products and technologies.
    • Explore and evaluate new business opportunities within the solar market.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/ B.Tech/M.Tech, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 4+ Years of experience in Solutioning; Solar equipment installation and commissioning is necessary.
  • Skill Set: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. Strong project management and organizational skills are also necessary.
