Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven expertise in deferred compensation, executive search, job fairs, and talent management solutions.
  • Strong track record in client relationship management, sales leadership, and regional profitability.
  • Ability to manage profit and loss responsibilities and drive regional growth.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the HR services industry, preferably with exposure to the APAC region.
