Lead Analytics Program Manager

We seek a highly experienced and skilled program lead to oversee the delivery of advanced analytics solutions.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will lead multiple project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, and BI experts.
  • You will engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams; participate in workshops to identify high-impact business problems that can be solved through AI-based solutions.
  • You will translate business problems into clear analytics problem statements and design plans to develop and deploy advanced analytics and data solutions.
  • You will own and drive execution of the plan by demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • You will measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients' business and financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced analytics engineering and BI solutions through consulting.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and have experience working with healthcare industries.
  • Translate high-level business problems to analytics and data problem statements.
  • Scope, develop, validate, and deploy explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions.
  • Discover patterns in data and deliver impactful insights for client decision making.
  • Manage stakeholders, drive project governance, and link analytics to business value delivered.
  • Hold hands-on experience in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrate excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience delivering advanced analytics solutions.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas.
  • MBA from reputable institutions is preferred.
