Financial Management Specialist

We are a leading EdTech company that provides innovative solutions for talent upskilling, evaluation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage statutory finance control, ensuring accurate reporting and timely compliance with auditors and tax authorities.
  • Prepare and finalize tax audit reports and income tax returns, including managing assessments.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure timely provision of deliverables and clarifications.
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, conduct periodic physical verification, and manage asset tagging.
  • Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial statements in compliance with the Companies Act.
  • Ensure timely closure of all statutory compliance requirements.
  • Draft Notes to Accounts, accounting policies, and coordinate audit report closure with auditors and management.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant - Mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years post-qualification in statutory compliance, audits, and direct taxation.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of direct taxation, TDS, and Companies Act provisions.
  • Proven track record of handling audits and tax assessments independently.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with auditors and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in ERP/GCMS systems is an advantage.
