Remote Financial Analyst Position Available

This is a full-time remote role that involves managing the financial performance of our organization. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing the general ledger, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also have experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and account reconciliation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Manage the general ledger and perform account reconciliations
- Assist with budget and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Financial reporting and analysis skills
- General ledger management and account reconciliation skills
- Experience in budget preparation and forecasting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or progress towards CPA is a plus
