Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description

Gigamon is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role provides flexibility with a mix of remote and onsite work. The role will report to the Senior Manager who is based in our US headquarters.

  • Support the monthly close process in concert with accounting counterparts.
  • Prepare headcount and expense reporting, reconciliations, and forecasting.
  • Prepare monthly budget variance reports.
  • Create and maintain standard financial reports in the financial planning tool and prepare monthly expense and functional metrics packages, including creating data visualization for internal management.
  • Collaborate on quarterly Board of Directors presentations and key business metrics reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve financial processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Finance or Accounting or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role, ideally for a multinational corporation.

  • Expertise in Excel data modeling, data mining, and financial presentation creation.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tool.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, Snowflake, and Tableau is highly desirable.
