About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Auditing Expert to join our team as a Lead Statutory Auditor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statutory audit engagements and excellent technical knowledge to handle audits independently.

The successful candidate will lead the team in performing statutory audits and report directly to the Director or Partner. Key responsibilities include managing clients, executing statutory audit engagements, and ensuring compliance with auditing and accounting standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead statutory audit teams and report directly to the Director or Partner
  • Manage clients and execute statutory audit engagements in line with Auditing & Accounting standards
  • Ensure compliance with internal control systems and perform audits according to prescribed methodologies
  • Document working papers and review audit team documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain smooth relations with clients and team members while meeting timelines
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling statutory audit engagements
  • Excellent technical knowledge to handle statutory audits independently
  • Strong communication skills and command over spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Sincere, team-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Adherence to highest professional and ethical standards
  • Ability to travel to client locations
Estimated Salary Range

This position comes with a competitive salary range of ₹10,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
