We are seeking a CRE Product Development Director at Acuity Knowledge Partners to drive the growth of our CRE business. In this role, you will be responsible for helping grow the CRE business, adhering to client SLAs and policies, and working across functions and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Your key responsibilities include identifying ways to improve efficiency gains and process improvements, adding value to deliverables across different processes within the loan life cycle, and mentoring junior team members. You will also be responsible for on-time identification and escalation of risks and mitigants.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRE lending products and platforms, as well as knowledge of U.S. Commercial Real Estate industry across all property types. Experience in underwriting commercial properties, analyzing financial statements, and preparing Asset Summary Reports is also essential.
A minimum of 5 years of team management experience, including clients, is required. Excellent written, verbal communication, logical, and analytical skills are also necessary.
